the critic said, the term 'fancy'and 'imagination'were often used in a vaguely synonymous way during the 17 th century english literature and it referred to the realm of fairy tale and make believe.but occasionally fancy was meant to carry a lighter cannotation and a less responsible kind of imagination.
imagination came to be associated with a certain softness, warmth and depth of good feeling...where as,a sense of coldness and a suggestion of unreliable frolic grew around the term fancy....
well fancy........................................imagination.................
imagination.....................................fancy................
